I had a terrible experience with the florist. I order a bouquet of flowers, the wrong one showed up. I called to find out what happened and they had told me they sent me the 'florist choice' when in fact I had not ordered that option. After fobbing me off and saying they'll call back late they called two hours later to tell me that a new story, that they sent me a different, more expensive bouquet because they thought it was for a special occasion. First they told me one thing was sent and then they confirmed that they did not send me what I ordered - saying it was 'nicer'. To start the bouquet they sent looked like street flowers and is in no way the caliber of flowers they said they upgraded my order to. And regardless, I didn't order that bouquet even if it was the 'nicer' bouquet. I strongly warn customers to avoid this florist because you cannot guarantee that you will get what you order
